CrossMark, an initiative from CrossRef, provides a standard method for readers to identify the authoritative version of a document. Rscope includes the CrossMark icon to ensure the published content is kept up-to-date, notifying readers of any changes.
Rscope prioritizes the integrity and completeness of the scholarly record, aiming to maintain trust in its electronic archive. The CrossMark icon is displayed on both PDF and HTML versions of articles. By clicking the icon, readers can access current information about the publication status and any additional records related to the manuscript.
Our corrections policy addresses errors of omission, such as missing author names or citations, and scientific errors that do not significantly affect the results or conclusions of a published article. This includes incorrect units of measurement that impact only a non-critical portion of the study.
For scientific corrections or authorship issues, including disputes over data use or ownership, all disputing parties must agree in writing to the correction’s publication. In the case of an omitted author’s name, all authors of the article, including the author being added, must provide signed letters of agreement.
Retractions are issued for significant errors or ethical breaches that may compromise the validity of the article or its data sources. Authors requesting a retraction must submit formal letters of agreement signed by all co-authors.
The Editor-in-Chief will review and approve all retraction requests before forwarding them to the Journals Department for final processing.
For comprehensive steps on developing a manuscript, please refer to our Author Guidelines.
